Hi. I'm Bailey.
CEO. Chaos creator. 6 figure Midwife.
Completely delusional about what's possible in this
sparkly life.
I'm not metaphorical rooms.
Real ones, with walls and everything!!
The kind where everything is on the line & life events happen that crack you wide open, changed forever!
What I've noticed is that the women who came through the hardest moments weren't the most prepared or confident.
They were the ones who got out of their own way.

And then almost without exception, they went home to get on with their new life.
They forgot what they'd done.

I've watched it happen hundreds of times. You do the most extraordinary thing & then poof...attempt to go right back to the pre-party version of yourself that doesn't exist anymore.
The curiosity of why you feel disconnected, why life isn't the same any more & why you just want a bit of sparkle back has you in some gaslighting choke hold of guilt, with a serving of self sabotage for good measure.

Be it your personal life, you motherhood momentum or your business dreams and aspirations, the feeling of 'is this it' follows you around & you have forgotten what you actually have at your fingertips. What you did & what you are still doing.

The magic of it all.
The chaos created.
The sparkle turned into dust, that you keep catching a glimmer of but move on without embracing it and using it to create something exceptional.

For the longest time, I've been in the room where women do extraordinary things.
Chaos Creation
What I know about women doing hard things!
- They're never as ready as they think they need to be.
- They almost always surprise themselves.
- The capability was never in question. The permission was.
